Ingredients:
Olive oil 75 ml (1/3 cup)
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Lemon juice
10 ml (2 tsp.) Paprika
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Grated zest of 1 lemon
5 ml (1 tsp.) Dijon mustard
5 ml (1 tsp.) Salt
1 whole chicken
1 lemon, cut into wedges
